Frida
and Mikkel were small dogs. Mikkel
looked a little like a Carin Terrier but was a mix of several breeds and Frida
was a mix as well. They were fun dogs.
We house sat and watched for them for a friend of ours parents over the Christmas holiday while we were living in Spain. They lived several miles up in the mountains in Southern Spain near our home in Almunecar.
They had had a villa with a swimming pool and enough property for the dogs to not have to take them for walks outside the property but we took them on many walks, just the same.
Mikkel would “sing” to a couple of songs if they were played on our music player. It was fun to sing along with him. They really enjoyed our stay as did we. As with most of our house sits in Spain, we did some watering and other minor maintenance to keep the villa running. We even spent Christmas with their extended family that were still in Spain during that time and had another villa just a short way up the road.
We really enjoyed our time with Frida and Mikkel
